Component INCLUDE_IPNET_IFQUEUE_FIFO_DEFAULT {
    NAME        Create root interface output queues
    SYNOPSIS    Configures network interfaces with root fifo output queues. \
Note that this component, which is required for reasonable performance \
on certain interfaces (generally slower ones), can decrease performance \
on other interfaces (generally faster ones). The output queue is \
desirable when the CPU may deliver bursts of packets to be sent to an \
interface faster than the interface can send them on the wire, when the \
native TX queueing capacity of the device is not large enough to accomodate \
the burst.  If the wire is 'faster than the CPU', or if the device has \
sufficient TX queueing capacity for expected bursts, interface output queues \
may not be needed.
